She was predeceased by: her parents, Esther Worthington (Eblen) and Cleo Worthington; her husband Cobb; her children, Sandra and Steven; her siblings, Betty Worthington Jolcuvar, Jean Worthington Jones, Robert Worthington and Donald Worthington; her siblings-in-law, Paul Jolcuvar, Milt Jones and Twyla Parrot Worthington; and her nephews, Paul Jolcuvar and Ken Lipston.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan; her cousin MaryLou Rogers; her sister-in-law Mona Sorenson Worthington; her nephew Howard Jolcuvar (Constance); her niece Barbara Jolcuvar Lipston; and her goddaughter Janis Jolcuvar (Dennis Bishop).
