It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Marker (Adel, Iowa), born in Union, Nebraska, who passed away on January 12, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Slatten and Edith Slatten (Bicknell); her husband Jerald R. Marker; her siblings, Ron Slatten and Evelyn Foster; and her stepbrother Ron Steigleder.
She is survived by: her children, Debra A. Sheets (Ralph) of Riggins, ID, Jeffrey A. Marker (Diana) of Adel, Terri L. Jones (Kim) of Dexter and Scott Smith of Texas; her sister Lorraine Eyre; her stepbrother Fred Steigleder; and her significant other Paul Hayden. She is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
