She was predeceased by: her parents, George Shehan and Gertrude Shehan (Scott); her husband Roney Summers; her daughter-in-law Janet Summers; and her siblings, Inez Kline, Ellen Summers and John Shehan.

She is survived by: her children, Mark Summers and Barbara Cook (David). She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and her nieces and nephews.

An open memorial has been established to the family.
