He was predeceased by: his parents, Tunis Jansma and Dorothy Jansma; his stepmother Christina; his siblings-in-law, Peter and Grace Dekkers; his stepbrother John Hoekstra; and his nephew Justin Jansma.
He is survived by: his wife Toni; his children, Mark (Marlene) of Sac City, IA, Dori of Des Moines, IA, Paula Gedgoud of Altoona, IA and Tom (Julie) of Murray, KY.; his grandchildren, Matt, Tiffany (Clayton Bueltel), Mathew, Katie, Lily Grace, Anden, Jack, Preston and Connor; his great grandchild Lilith; his siblings, Tunis, Harold, Dick, Eleanor and Doris; and his stepsiblings, Arlene Dufner, Charles Hoekstra, Twyla Anderson and Greg Hoekstra.
