He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Maxine Riley; his children, Byron Rees (Linda), Linda Seger (Russ), Phillip Rees (Stephanie), Rebecca Rees, Betty Lou Rees and Curtis Rees (Janice); and his siblings, Opal, Norma and Merrill. He is also survived by his parents, wife, 4 brothers, and 4 sisters.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to the church in Arthur's memory.
