He is survived by: his daughters, Carla Rae, Marla Kay, Carla Davis (Arnold Lewis) and Marla Crum (Dan Crum); his grandsons, Anthony, Adam Davis, Alex and Josh Crum; his great grandchildren, Iain, Zander Davis and Kira Biggerstaff (Patricia McGuire); and his stepgrandchildren, Tim, Dan and Sara Lewis.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
