He is survived by: his mother Marie Waugh; his children, Danette Sullivan (Mike) and Matthew Waugh (Kristie); his grandchildren, Tyler Rager, Alexis Smith, Tyler Waugh, Harley Reed, Beverly Reed, Devin Sullivan, Channing Smith, Mya Smith, Hayden Smith, Macie Reed and Brooks Smith; his wife Marilyn Waugh (Garwick-Smith); his stepchildren, Stacy Smith (Steven Adams), Jesse Smith (Kenzie) and Bradley Smith; his sister Vicki Waugh; and his sibling's children, Meredith Smith and Blake Smith.
