We bid farewell to Donna Minahan (Altoona, Iowa), born in Milbank, South Dakota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 15, 2025 at the age of 88. Donna touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Donna may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Donna touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, June Williams and Laurel "Bob" Williams; and her siblings, Shirley, Marilyn and Betty.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the John & Paul Catholic Church (1401 1st Ave S, Altoona, IA 50009). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ss John & Paul Catholic Church (1401 1st Ave S, Altoona, IA 50009).
Memorial contributions may be directed to Ss John & Paul Catholic Church Building Fund in loving memory of Donna.
