She was predeceased by: her parents, Neal Jabaai and Minnie Jabaai (Den Hartog); her husband Robert W. Aalbers; her daughter Kristin Sue Johnston; and her siblings, Matilda VanZee (Albert), Berdine Breed (John) and Leonard Jabaai (Leona).
She is survived by: her son Danny W. Aalbers (Ronda); her son-in-law Michael R. Johnston (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Kari Jackson (Joshua), Bradley Johnston (Margaret), Matthew Johnston (Sarah), Jenny Morse and Brian (Heather); her great grandchildren, Samantha, Kamden, Callen, Mabel, Lilly, Ethan and Isabelle; and her great great grandchild Khizar. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be given in her name to the First Reformed Church, 300 E. 5th Street, Prairie City, Iowa 50228.
