It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Payne (Altoona, Iowa), born in Armstrong, Iowa, who passed away on September 27, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Payne and Gladys Payne; his wife Sueanne; and his sisters, Eva Jane Jones and Lorus Fillman.
He is survived by: his children, Judy Miller (Steve), James Payne, Brian Price (Donna) and John Price. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
