Noftsger (Altoona, Iowa), born in Lucas, Iowa, who passed away on February 28, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Barbara (Steinbach); his daughters, Pam Scarpino of Kansas City, MO and Kathy Fox (David) of Henderson, NV; his grandchildren, Anthony (Amber), Emily, Samantha (Pharris) and Elizabeth; and his significant other Doris Hamilton of Lockhart, TX..
