She was predeceased by: her husband Ellis Monk; her son Tom Monk; her daughter-in-law Tracy Vannatta Monk; and her daughter Terry Monk Barr. She is survived by: her children, Randy Monk of Ankeny and Dee Westphal (Alan) of Eau Claire, Wisconsin.; her grandchildren, Nickalena Monk Bedwell, Alexandria Monk, Abigail Monk, Madelyn Monk, Michael Westphal, Melissa Westphal Doporcyk, Katie Westphal Rashid, Brian Schaffer and Kelly Schaffer; and her great grandchild Kelsey Copic Weiss.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Za-Ga-Zig Shrine in loving memory of Jerry.
