It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leita Mae Watson (Altoona, Iowa), born in Lone Tree, Iowa, who passed away on September 24, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Donald Charles Attig. She is survived by: her husband Bryan; her children, Gregory Lee Sanders (Laurel) of Raleigh and Kim Danz (Larry) of Mannford; her stepsons, Jeffrey Bryan Watson (Allison) of Bondurant and Stephen Mark Watson (Molly) of Mason City; her grandchildren, Jonathan Gregory Sanders (Lina) of Ithaca, Katharine Elizabeth Sanders of Raleigh, Justin Lee Danz (Jessica) of Sand Springs, Garrett Alan Danz of Brooklyn, Brant Watson, Lauren Watson of Bondurant, Ava Watson and Emily Watson of Mason City; and her great grandchildren, Kynsley Danz and Karslyn Danz.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers that donations be made to the James J. and Joan A. Gardner Family Center for Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Endowment Fund of the University of Cincinnati Foundation.
