It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Clark of Altoona, Iowa, born in Fort Dodge, Iowa, who passed away on June 18, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Gerdes and Alma Gerdes (Meyer); her husband Ralph Clark; and her son Shawn Clark. She is survived by: her children, Chad Clark of Des Moines and Shannon Jacobs (Timothy Jacobs); her grandchildren, Carley, Gabrielle and Jesse; her brother Roy; and her sister-in-law Stella Clark. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
