He is survived by: his grandchild Rook; his wife Ella Mae; his son Steve (Dorothy); his grandchildren, Michael and Susan; his daughter Kara Boothroyd (Todd); his grandchildren, Mitch, Katie Payton (Colin) and Rachel; his daughter-in-law Erika; and his sons, Adam, Ethan (Alex) and Seth.
