She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Mouw and Jeanette Mouw (Vellinga); her daughter Rebecca; her great grandchild Ethan De Koter; and her siblings, Al "Sonny" Mouw and Mary Hilton.
She is survived by: her husband Arthur De Koter; her son Dean (Connie) of Bondurant, IA; her grandchildren, Rick De Koter (Denise) of Eden Prairie, MN, Trent De Koter (Tracy) of Tiffin, IA and Kara De Koter of Des Moines, IA.; her great grandchildren, Chase, Ryan De Koter of Eden Prairie, Jordan, Logan, Caden De Koter of Tiffin and Jaeda De Koter of Des Moines; her brother Ken Mouw (Nancy) of California; and her sister-in-law Beverly Mouw of Orange City, IA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
