Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Colleen Gardner (Ames, Iowa), born in Albia, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 88, on December 6, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orrin Callen and Florence Callen (Brown); and her daughter Linda Diane Gardner. She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Gardner; her sons, Michael Gardner (Shelly) and Brian Gardner; her grandchildren, Ryan Gardner (Laura), Evan Gardner (Megan), Anthony Gardner and Domenic Gardner; and her brother Larry Callen (Marvel). She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a memorial to one of Colleen's favorite charities, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
