With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Diane Ulvestad (Ames, Iowa), born in Maquoketa, Iowa, who passed away on March 30, 2019 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Kinrade and Alice Lane Kinrade; and her grandson Austin Jacob Ulvestad. She is survived by: her husband Gene Ulvestad; her children, Phil Ulvestad, Julie Chafin (Bill) and Angela Newton (Tom); her grandchildren, Andrew Ulvestad (Katie), Elle Walsh (Connor), Aaron Ulvestad, Nicolette Chafin, William "Billy" Chafin, Nick Newton and Jessica Newton; and her siblings, Marilyn Paulsen (Allen), Jim Kinrade (Sandra) and Bill Kinrade (Jo).
