She was predeceased by: her parents, Chris Walter Porter and Mary Evelyn Himrod; her husband D. D. "Buck"; and her brothers, Don Porter (Irene), Ron Porter (Bette) and Russ Porter (Blanche).
She is survived by: her former spouse Daryl DeRae "Buck" Wilson; her children, Sandra Hansen of Ames and Brian (Carleen Wilson) of Columbia Heights; her grandsons, Josh (Renee Hansen) of Ames and Jacob (Courtney Hansen) of Hampton; and her great grandchildren, Sidney Hansen, Sawyer Hansen, Kennady Hansen, Kenley Hansen and Knox Hansen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Frances' family in honor of her for future disbursement to charities of their choice.
