She was predeceased by: her husband Conley Weltha. She is survived by: her children, Wade Weltha of Huxley and Andrea Carlson (Andrew) of Ankeny; her siblings, JoAnn Swenson (Stan) of Randall and George Munchow (Patty) of Bartlett; and her grandchildren, Kaitlin Weltha, Alex Carlson and Avery Carlson.
