She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jefferson and Floy Barnes (Riggs); her husband Carl; her daughter Diane Schell; her nephew Mark Snider; and her sister Ruth Snider (Dean).
She is survived by: her children, Julie Taylor (Paul) of Ankeny and Steven T. Baker (Barbara) of Muskegon, Michigan; her grandchildren, Becky J. Moore, Jeff Reyna Moore (Robert), Justin Carroll (Christy) and Jody Russell (Kevin); her great grandchildren, McKinnsey, Easton, Elijah and Kaylee; and her nephew Gary Snider.
