He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cook and Vera Cook (Molln); his former wife Caroline; and his brother Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Carol Strong; his children, Maxton Cook (Heather) of Boone, Jordan Cook of Ames and Tamara Law (Daniel) of Boone; his brothers, Jack Cook (Connie) of Ames and Kevin Cook (Patricia) of Ames; and his grandchildren, Lydia, Calvin, Marcus, Anthea, Elliana, Theodore and Thayne. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
