It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Monte Moorman (Ames, Iowa), born in Webster City, Iowa, who passed away on November 3, 2019, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Ronald Moorman; his wife Toni Overton; his children, Jessica Meeks (Noah) and Joshua Moorman; his mother Penny Jean Scherrard; his grandchildren, Hunter, Lori, Jazmine Meeks, Sydney, Kelsea and Jake Moorman; his great grandchild Maizcey; his siblings, Greg Moorman, Dee Anna Bechtal, Kim Mosiman (Jeff) and Shelley Osmundson; and his nephew Nick Fritzgerald.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to American Diabetes, U of Iowa transplant and American Cancer Association.
