He is survived by: his children, Laura Hines Bickmeyer (Todd) of Rowayton, CT and Brian Hines of Sioux Falls, SD; his former wife Colleen Hines of Sioux Falls; his grandchildren, Vivienne and Alexander Bickmeyer; and his siblings, Mark Hines of Des Moines, Annette Forbes of Ames and Mary Sherwood (Jan) of Ames.
