He is survived by: his wife Joan; and his children, Diane Hawks (Pat) of Anna, TX, Lisa Chizek (David) of Toledo, IA, Karen Prescott (Larry) of Bloomington, MN and Kristin White (Greg) of Louisville, CO. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and several step grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
