He was predeceased by: his stepmother Mattie Hazen (Craig); his wife Mary Jane; his siblings, Durion, Tzerlos, Gretzlyn, Arlon and Xerlan; and his great grandchild Elijah Carlson.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Nathan Carlson (Dawn), Katie Weber (Josh), Thad Carlson, Kelsey McInroy (Craig), Erin Schuweiler (Al) and Joel Frank (Leah); his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Chloe, Dominik, Isabella, Mallory, Nola, Quinn, Mia, Kiah, Annaleigh and Zephan; and his stepgranddaughters, Kim Sage, Lindy Krafft (Paul), Jayden, Amanda, Nicholas, Matthew and Ryan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
