With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thelma Marie Walker (Ames, Iowa), born in Story City, Iowa, who passed away on March 28, 2018 at the age of 104. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Leon W. Walker; her parents, Tarald Lee and Olive Lee; and her siblings, Joseph Lee, Donald Lee, Leonard Lee and Helen Soderstrum.
She is survived by: her sister Ruth Larson of Urbandale; and her children, Bill Walker (Camilla) of Boulder, Mary Thompson (Michael) of Austin and Thomas Walker (Peggy) of Lynchburg.
