She was predeceased by: her father Fred; and her husband Richard Nickels. She is survived by: her children, Zach (Kim), Alan, Angela Holtan (Oyvind) of North Port, FL and Amy Walters; her sister Lucille Swanson of Frankfurt, KS; and her brother-in-law Clifford Payne. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Goettsch Funeral Home (306 E 1st St, Anamosa, IA 52205). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
