He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Frank and Mary Nickels (Dayhoff); his sister-in-law Lucille Swanson of Frankfurt, KS; his sister Mary Anne (Harlan Techau); and his siblings-in-law, Anna Mae, John Tiemann, Janet, Thomas McAleer, Leonard (Juanita Miller) and Gladys Payne.
He is survived by : his wife Irene Leona Miller; his children, Zach (Kim), Alan, Angela Holtan (Oyvind) of North Port, FL and Amy Walters; and his brother-in-law Clifford Payne.
