He was predeceased by: his sisters, Pearl Luker and Mabel Boner; and his parents, Edward Burlingham and Lois Fern Burlingham. He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Biggart, Betty Biggart, Anamosa, Lloyd Biggart (Sherry) and Atkins; his grandchildren, Melinda, Ally, Kyra, Alex (Autumn) and Chris (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Azrael, Liliana, Kayden, Kendall, Skylar, Terrence and Floyd Jr.; and his spouse Shirley Williamson.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Anamosa Veterans.
