He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kramer and Wilma Kramer (Carpenter); and his brothers, Milton and Ronnie. He is survived by: his spouse Ardelle Lampe; his children, James Kramer (Gina), Penny Brown (Todd), Rita Garshak (Martin), Debra Harrison and John Kramer (Annmarie); his daughter-in-law Vickie Kramer; and his siblings, George Kramer, Jerry Kramer, Carol, Brenda, Sandy, Jacqueline, Sharon, Joyce and Janet. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and a great-great granddaughter.
