She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hahn and Elizabeth Hahn (Redmond); her husband Richard K. Houlihan; her son Kevin Houlihan; and her siblings, Elizabeth Scholten Neumann and Frank Hahn.

She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Carolyn Houlihan of Kewaskum, Wisconsin; her grandchildren, Patrick Houlihan (Sara) of Woodward and Maureen Houlihan of Waunakee, Wisconsin; and her great grandchildren, Dakota Houlihan and Hayden Harbort.

In memory of Peggy, memorials may be directed to the family.
