Benita Rasmussen Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 14, 2021, at the age of 92, Benita Rasmussen of Atlantic, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her fathers, Frank Alford and Cecil Marie Reed (Mailander); her husband Russ; her brothers, Francis Reed, Howard Reed, Duane Reed and Richard Reed (Lucile); her siblings-in-law, Wanda Reed and Ralph Anderson; and her aunt Hilda Jorgensen.

She is survived by : her former life partner Russell Kenneth Rasmussen; her children, Rodney Rasmussen, Craig Rasmussen, Brian Rasmussen and Sharon Rasmussen; her grandchildren, Ryan Rasmussen and Heather Rasmussen; her great grandchildren, Keelin, Kiah, Karson, Madison, Maclane and Cleidy; her siblings, Lloyd Reed and Marlene Andersen; and her sister-in-law Norma Reed. She is also survived by children as great parents.

Memorials may be directed to the family for designation at a later date.
