He was predeceased by : his parents, John Charles and May Elizabeth Goold (Geiger); his father-in-law Clarence; and his brother-in-law Don Spoo. He is survived by : his wife Alice Mae Leander; his daughters, Dixie Armstrong (Arlen) of Cleveland, OK and Shelly Storjohann (David) of Minden, IA.; his sister-in-law Doris Spoo of Atlantic, IA; and also, Sarah, Volk of Omaha, NE, Daniel Storjohann of Minden, IA, Andrew Storjohann (Richard Armstrong) of Flagstaff, AZ, Isabel, Olivia Storjohann and Joshua Clark.

Memorials may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
