He was predeceased by : his parents, Jens Peter and Sena Munch (Larsen); his wives, Gloria Munch and Nancy Munch; his sons, Steve Munch and Timothy Munch; his siblings, Virgil, Martha, Vivian Munch, Mardell (Milo Hansen) and Darrell Munch; and his stepson Ron Petersen.
He is survived by : his children, Sheri (Mike Irlmeier) of Brayton, Lori (Ned Lewis) of Urbandale, Iowa and Michael; his daughter-in-law Kristy Munch of Greeley, Colorado; his grandchildren, Nicholas (Sarah Irlmeier) of Grimes, Iowa, Rachel (Todd Hansen) of Mason City, Iowa, Tyler (Lindsey Irlmeier) of Ankeny, Iowa, Jacob (Megan Irlmeier) of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Eric (Megan Lewis) of Urbandale, Iowa, Adam (Becky Lewis) of Bentonville, Arkansas, Tonya Freeman of Ardmore, Oklahoma, Jeremy Munch of Guthrie Center, Iowa, Tanya Parra of Greeley, Colorado, Brian (Jessica Herley) of Loveland, Colorado and Ashley Munch of Greeley, Colorado; and his stepchildren, Rick (Deb Petersen) of Atlantic, Iowa, Rhonda (Dave Wilkerson) of Exira, Iowa, Dennis Petersen of Exira, Iowa and Toni (Kent Schlater) of Exira, Iowa. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, and step-grandchildren, and step great-grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
