We are sad to announce that on March 23, 2020, at the age of 92, Dorothy Mae Groteluschen (Audubon, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Hans J. Hansen and Edith Hansen (Anderson); her husband Robert "Bob" Groteluschen; her great grandchild Noah Sheets; her siblings, Thelma Hansen and Lyle H. (Lorraine Hansen); her sisters-in-law, Lila Jean (Harold I. Jensen) and LuAnn (Lowell "Coop" Cooper); her parents-in-law, Ted and Laura Groteluschen; and her brothers-in-law, William "Bill" Groteluschen and James Groteluschen.

She is survived by : her children, Roger (Rose Groteluschen) of Marshalltown, Iowa, Jon (Jane Groteluschen) of Fort Dodge and Janelle Groteluschen of Fort Dodge, Iowa; her grandchildren, David (Caitlin Groteluschen) of Green Bay, Wisconsin, Jennifer (Jason August) of Marshalltown, Mark (Mackenzie Groteluschen) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Beth (Cameron Sheets), Lindsey (Aaron Stock) of Urbandale, Iowa, Amy (Matt Guenther) of Cedar Falls, Iowa and Drew Groteluschen (Maria Weiland) of Huxley, Iowa; her stepgrandchildren, Ashley Miller of San Antonio and Adam (Molly Miller) of Fort Dodge; her great grandchildren, Ayla, Landry, Harper, Emory, Dane, Ryker, Jefferson, Ezra, Willem, Hallie, Axl, Penelope, Theo, Samuel and Pearl; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Bentley and Charlie; and her siblings-in-law, Joan (Alfonso Valenzuela) of Tucson, Joyce Groteluschen of Audubon and Paul Walther of Audubon. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Memorials will be directed toward the Avenue of Flags, the Audubon Library, Cystic Fibrosis research, and the Rose Theater Foundation.
