She was predeceased by : her parents, Lester Borkowski and Thelma Borkowski (Dittman); her husband Gary Mulford; her son BrIan Mulford; her parents-in-law, Ed, Lucy Mulford and Rose Mulford; her siblings, Reta Loukota, Beverly Parkhurst, Donald Borkowski (Jayana) and David Borkowski; her siblings-in-law, Carolyn Mulford, Larry Mulford and Lloyd Meaike; and her nieces and nephews, Emily, Alison Meaike, Kip Spencer and Seth Hanson.

She is survived by : her children, Steven, Tracy Mulford of Elk Horn, Jason, Marcie Mulford of Ankeny and Jennifer (Clint Stetzel) of Audubon, Iowa; her grandchildren, Brandi Mulford of Gray, Jacob Mulford (Lileigh) of Flora, Jordan Mulford of Elk Horn, Kyle Konecne of Slater, Tara Konecne of Slater, Autumn Mulford of Ankeny, Ella Mulford of Ankeny, Logan of Audubon, Iowa and Liam Stetzel of Audubon, Iowa; her great grandchildren, Aiden of Gray Iowa and Tatum Bush of Gray Iowa; her grandchild Hayes Mulford of Flora, Indiana; her sisters, Dolores Gourley of Audubon, Iowa, Lori (Pete Hanson) of Audubon, Iowa and Penny (Randy LaFoy) of Audubon, Iowa; and her brothers-in-law, Charles Parkhurst of Harlan and Jim Loukota of Goodman, Missouri. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
