She was predeceased by : her parents, Rasmus Nielsen and Louise Nielsen (Sorensen); her husband Ralph Huffman, Jr.; her grandson Damon Huffman; her son-in-law Russ McCune; and her brothers, Karl (Mary Jo Nielsen), Howard (Dotty Nielsen), Paul Nielsen and Darryl Nielsen.

She is survived by : her children, Larry (Sherrill Huffman) of Audubon, Iowa and Patti McCune of Omaha; her grandchildren, Christy Trout of Omaha, Nebraska, Carrie (Jason Riley) of Sarasota, Florida and Kalin (Mike Birkel) of Minneapolis, Minnesota; her great grandchildren, Bryce Trout of Omaha, Brenden Trout of Omaha, Brinley Trout of Omaha and Cadyn Riley of Sarasota, Florida; her sisters, Annie (Jerry Vincent) of Jefferson, Iowa, Judy (Dave Marques) of Fort Collins, Colorado and Marie Nielsen of Jefferson, Iowa; and her sisters-in-law, Helen Nielsen of Coon Rapids and Marjorie Nielsen of Carroll, Iowa. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
