He was predeceased by: his parents, Merwin Culbertson and Dorothy Culbertson (DeSotel); his brother Mike; and his brother-in-law Dennis Licht. He is survived by: his wife Janice C. Brownell; his children, Kelly Stratton of DeWitt, IA, Jody Livesay (Rod) of Goose Lake, IA and Sean Culbertson (Kimberly Brozovich) of Coal Valley, IL; his siblings, Sherry Licht of Peosta, IA, Donald "Donnie" Culbertson of Dubuque, IA and Barry Culbertson of Dubuque, IA; his grandchildren, Anthony Stratton (Katherine), Ryan Livesay (Alexis), Alyssa Livesay and Tyler Livesay; and his great grandchildren, Elijah Stratton and Mason Livesay.
It will be required to utilize face masks and to observe social distancing guidelines during the gathering and services.
