We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2020 we had to say goodbye to John Scott Lubben of Baldwin, Iowa, born in Maquoketa, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Roosevelt and Velma Opal Lubben (Scott). He is survived by: his wife Arla Lubben of Baldwin, IA; his daughters, Linda Polk (Darwin) of Maquoketa, IA and Lori Hoffman (Kirk) of Friendswood, TX; his grandchildren, TJ Polk (Christina), Tyler Polk, Nathan Hoffman and Spencer Hoffman; his great grandchild Hayden Polk; his sisters-in-law, Laveta Brady of Tampa, FL and Patricia Weirup of Maquoketa, IA; and his pet Muffin.
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, a private funeral service will be held at First Lutheran Church in Maquoketa.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials may be made to First Lutheran Church, Jackson County Historical Society, Hospice of Jackson County, or Camp Courageous of Iowa.
