He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bill, Ruth Breitbach, LaVerne and Louise Conrad. He is survived by: his parents, Mike Breitbach and Cindy Breitbach (Conrad) of Balltown, IA; his siblings, Betsy Septer (Seth) of Colorado Springs, CO, Matt Breitbach (Lisa), Ben Breitbach (Liz), North, Tony Breitbach (Kelli), Anne Wilwert (Andy) and Mikey Breitbach (Allison Schmitt); and his siblings' children, Elsie, Claire, Sadie, Edaline, Annaliese, Katherine, Laurel, Margaret, Alma, Madelyn, Isabelle, Sophie, Daniel, Amelia and Thomas.
Due to the COVID-19 concerns all who attend will be required to wear a face covering.
