He is survived by : his former life partner Cathy Essary; his stepchildren, Jamie and Malena; his wife Dena Coleman of Fairfield, IA; his sister Bonita Miller (Rod) of Eldon, IA; his nephews, Jeremy Miller and Jonathan Miller (Rebecca); his great-nephew Brayden Miller; and his great-nieces, Brooke, Kayse, Anabelle and Isabella Miller.
