She was predeceased by: her parents, William Woebke and Helen Woebke (Lehmann); her husband Melvin H. Ladwig; her daughter Rose Jacobson; her grandsons, Jon, Brandon and Thomas Jacobson; and her siblings, Marvin Woebke, Albert Woebke, Alvin Woebke, William Woebke and Frieda Adams.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronnie "Ron" Ladwig (Tricia) of Ida Grove, IA and Ricky "Rick" Ladwig (Valerie) of Ida Grove, IA; her son-in-law Bruce Jacobson of Mapleton, IA; her grandchildren, Stephanie Ladwig of Ida Grove, IA, Scott Jacobson (Andrea Burgess) of Mapleton, IA, Ryan Ladwig (Candi) of Urbandale, IA, Melonie Petersen (Jason) of Ida Grove, IA and Ross Ladwig (Christi) of Ida Grove, IA; her great grandchildren, Kaden Ladwig (Ellie), Kiera Ladwig (Jersey Waderich), Kya Ladwig (Easton Harms), Kelton Ladwig, Caitlyn Jacobson, Natalie Jacobson, Liam Jacobson, Avery Jacobson, Jalee Jacobson, Marli Jacobson, Hallie Ladwig, Reese Ladwig, Piper Ladwig, Josiah Ladwig, Blake Petersen and Kylee Petersen; and her siblings, Walter Woebke of Battle Creek, IA, Alma Pogensee of Denison, IA and Betty Klink of Westside, IA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Christensen-Van Houten Funeral Home (321 2nd St, Ida Grove, IA 51445). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
