She is survived by: her children, James Hummelgard of Mapleton, IA, Lois Holmes (Jeff) of Battle Creek, IA, Duane Hummelgard (Lauri) of Battle Creek, IA and Rose Mary Grau (Dan) of Lawton, IA; her grandchildren, Jason Holmes (Mandy), Becky Matthews (Matt), Jill Krueger (Bill), Sarah Wonders (Kyle), Sheryl Spaulding (Whitt), Katie Hasler (Mark), Justin Hummelgard, Kristi Loofe (Eric) and Michael Grau (Liz); and her sisters-in-law, Darlene Dose, Florice Dose and Betty Keeney (Ken). She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (608 5th St, Battle Creek, IA 51006). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church of Battle Creek, Iowa (608 5th St, Battle Creek, IA 51006).
