He was predeceased by: his parents, Emily Collingwood (Faas) and Leroy Collingwood; his wife Mary Teslik; and his son Mark. He is survived by: his children, Terry (Lori), Randy (Tina) and Rhonda Griffin (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Justin, Crystal, Hailey, Donna, Mary and Jon.
