She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hinkle and Lillian Hinkle (Martinek); her husband Ray Koeppen; her son Marvin Koeppen; and her siblings, Marvin Dille, Virginia Miller, Nadine Hatfield and Genevieve Hinkle.

She is survived by: her children, Steve Koeppen (Bonnie) of Belle Plaine, Linda Bender of Shellsburg, Jim Koeppen (Roxanne Kurth) of Keystone, Cindy Walton of Hartwick and Cheryl Johnson (Troy VanErsvelde) of Shellsburg; and her grandchildren, Sandee Grogan, Eric Koeppen (Jessica), Stephanie Rayner (Dan), Kristen Kepler (Josh), Mike Doubek (Crysta), Brian Koeppen (Stacy), Adam Koeppen (Brittani), Erin Haerther, Jarrett Walton, Andrew Ohlen (Brooke), Kara Johnson (Hayley), Nicholas Johnson (Rebekah) and Kurtis Johnson (Faith). She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
