It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Kay Roggentien of Belle Plaine, Iowa, who passed away on April 6, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Andrew Nevel and Marcella Van Nevel (Wentland); her brothers, Richard Van Nevel and Bob Van Nevel; her sister-in-law Cathy Van Nevel; and her great-nieces, Selena Apodaca and Isabella Severson.

She is survived by : her sons, Ron Van Nevel (Kristyn) of Belle Plaine, Josh Roggentien (Jami Kimm) of Brooklyn and Devin Roggentien of Belle Plaine; her grandchildren, Brandon Van Nevel of Belle Plaine, Lance Van Nevel (Sarah Malfese) of Belle Plaine, Ceceilia Roggentien of Cedar Rapids, Scarlett Roggentien of Brooklyn and Zayne Perry of Cedar Rapids; and her siblings, Susan Rego (Mike) of Portland, OR, Bill Van Nevel of Belle Plaine and Jim Van Nevel (Tina) of North Carolina.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hrabak-Neuhaus Funeral Service (1704 7th Ave, Belle Plaine, IA 52208-1036).
