He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Root; his daughters, Cindy Root and Marcy Morrow; his grandchildren, Madison, Mason Morrow and Ben Root; his sister Marjorie Nett; his sister-in-law Reta Root; his nieces, Becky Blackler and Megan Wilson; and his great-nieces, Sadie, Kathryn Anderson and Sarah Nett.
