She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Cummings and Lenora "Jo" Cummings (Wicker); her sister Marilyn Dillon; her grandchildren, Sarah Skiye and Connor Skiye; her siblings-in-law, Kenneth Skrovig, Duane Skiye, Marlene Harty and Sandy Stokke; and her nephews, Dwight Martin and Rob Skiye.
She is survived by : her husband Gary Skiye of Belmond, IA; her children, Angela Covington (Manuel Lerma), Paula Schnell (Randy Schnell), Daniel Skiye of Mason City, IA and Jennifer Headington (Jerry Headington); and her sister Sharon Skrovig of Belmond, IA. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given in Carolyn's memory to her family or the donor's choice, Carolyn Faye Cummings, the daughter of Roy and Lenora "Jo" (Wicker) Cummings, was born September 25, 1945, in Runnells, IA.
