We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2021, Frances M. Mennenga of Belmond, Iowa, born in Fonda, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her sisters, Lois Herke and Beulah Telfer; her grandparents, John Herke and Sophia Carlson; her parents, Otto and Florence Herke (Lyle "Whitey" White); her nephew Delbert Sievers; her great-nephew Paul Sievers; and her stepson Dwight Mennenga.
She is survived by : her daughter Florence Herke (Carlson); her husband Louis Mennenga; her nieces, Carol Hussey (Richard) and Van Haburn (Ted); her nephew Mark Telfer (Jeannine); her great-niece Stacey Tanenbaum (Tom); her great-niece Kimberly Quirin (Mitch) of Storm Lake, IA; her stepdaughter Sondra Sellers (Glen); and also, Brandon Merritt, Logan Merritt, Crystal Spray (Adam), Marcia Hoffard, Caren Sievers, Connor Sievers and Joshua Quirin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other extended family and friends.
Those attending the visitation and/ or funeral service are encouraged to wear a mask. There will be some limitations on seating due to social distancing.
